A year after our first visit to South Africa, La Reliure du Limousin<\/a> was back in Cape Town at the Iziko National Museum<\/a>. The museum houses important collections of African zoology, palaeontology and archaeology.<\/p>\n A special feature of the restoration operation was that it was carried out by our apprentices under the supervision of \u00c9ric Celle<\/a>, the director of our training centre. They restored a magnificent but severely degraded watercolour, with the extraordinary dimensions of 7220mm by 2980mm.<\/p>\n
